A historic building on South Main renovated into three independent commercial office suites.
Subdividing an older building is harder than it looks. Each suite needs its own entry, its own services and its own sense of being a complete space rather than a partition of someone else's — all while the original structure sets limits that a new build never has to work around.
The result is three tenancies where there had been one building, with the character that made it worth keeping still intact.
